Fitness Classes
Back to Fitness Programs
Fitness classes are non-credit programs offered by The Freeman Center Trieshmann Health and Fitness Pavilion. They provide fun and challenging ways to exercise. The classes also provide a great way to meet other people! Classes include Kickboxing, Indoor Cycling, Body Sculpt, Yoga, Jiu Jitsu, Pilates and more! A variety of classes are offered during fall and spring semesters. New schedules are distributed every semester listing the class times and descriptions. Class schedules are subject to change due to instructor availability and class participation. Students will be notified by phone calls, e-mails and flyers (if applicable) of changes. A fitness class pass is required to attend the class(es). Click here to view the schedule and class descriptions.
Fitness “Kickoff”
The “Fitness Kickoff” provides students, faculty/staff and members of The Freeman Center the opportunity to visit classes and give them a try before purchasing a fitness class pass. The “Fitness Kickoff” is FREE and is typically held during the second or third week of the semester. Space is limited (30 participants for most classes; 25 participants for step; and six participants for group cycling), so be sure to arrive early!
